Sunday Brunch

I visited my parents and sister last Sunday while Eric was in Vermont skiing with his brother and dad. I cooked brunch for my family, and I am unspeakably pleased with the results. It was exactly what I craved. I’ve been cooking poached eggs on toast at least twice a month for over a year.
