Dash grabs things now – toys, clothes, our fingers, my hair. He flails his arms until his hands intercept something, and then he grasps – hard. He isn’t yet able to connect his hand to an item purposefully, though. But I am impressed with his strength.

Dash has monkey feet, just like his daddy. The gap between his big toe and his second toe is large enough to pinch ankles or grip fingers or climb trees. His legs are strong, too. With a little support from us for balance, he will stand for several seconds before wobbling to the floor.
